INSTITUTIONAL SUPPORT AGREEMENT

Supporting social technology means strengthening impact infrastructure.

Institutional support for 33 Digital's social tools is a form of partnership aimed at the sustainability, evolution and availability of solutions such as Quilombo Digital and Mulher Digital. This is not charity, a welfare campaign or an opportunistic use of a social cause.

WHAT CAN BE INSTITUTIONAL SUPPORT

Infrastructure, resources and partnerships that sustain real impact.

All support must respect purpose, privacy, security, dignity of the people involved and autonomy of the communities served. 33 Digital evaluates institutional alignment before accepting any form of support.

01

Technical infrastructure

Credits or provision of cloud, servers, databases, security, APIs or AI models to sustain the continuous operation of the tools.

02

Financial support

Financial, legal, technical, educational, editorial or operational contributions to cover development and maintenance costs.

03

Institutional partnerships

Companies, universities, organizations, institutes, foundations, NGOs or public bodies that expand the reach, legitimacy and impact of the tools.

04

Governance and mentoring

Responsible disclosure, technical mentoring, governance, infrastructure or impact co-financing with value alignment.

How 33 Digital conducts this

All support is evaluated for institutional alignment, risk of conflict of interest, misuse of image and alignment with the social purpose before being accepted.

Core criterion

Support must strengthen the continuity of the tools without compromising the ethics, security or trust of the communities they serve.

WHAT SUPPORT DOES NOT AUTHORIZE

Support is not a license. Limits exist to protect those the tools serve.

No form of support — financial, technical or institutional — authorizes the use of the tools, data or communities for purposes not aligned with the original social purpose.

01

Personal and community data

The use of personal, sensitive or community data for commercial purposes without legal basis and adequate consent from data subjects is strictly prohibited.

02

Exploitation of vulnerability

Exploitation of the image, pain, vulnerability or identity of groups served by the tools for any commercial or marketing purpose is prohibited.

03

Interference with purpose

No supporter may unduly interfere with the social, technical or ethical purpose of the tools, nor condition support on changes to scope or direction.

04

Automatic promises

Support does not automatically generate public visibility, exclusivity, seal, endorsement or commercial advantage. Institutional recognition is defined in a specific instrument.

Valid support: resources with value alignment, transparency about use and respect for the autonomy of the initiatives and the communities they serve.

Not valid support: sponsorship that conditions product decisions, access to community data or brand visibility over impact.

TRANSPARENCY AND CONTINUITY

Formal partnerships are defined in a specific instrument.

When there is a formal partnership, the details of scope, duration, responsibilities, limits of use, permitted counterparts and form of institutional recognition will be defined in a specific document. The goal is to create continuity for social tools without compromising ethics, security or public trust.
